Board Meeting call to order at 6:30 PM Board members present, Darrell T. Davis, Ellie Fluck, Tom Slade, Darrel Gillespie, Rob Navara, Emily Cruz Office Administrator, Ron Carpenter District Manager

President Davis called for the Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation

Approve March 14th,2024 Minutes- Motion to approve minutes made by Fluck, 2^nd by Navara. Motion carried.

Additions or Corrections to Agenda – Motion to approve made by Fluck, 2^nd by Gillespie. Motion carried.

Public Comment – None

Financial Report as of April 16th, 2024

Motion to approve financial report made by Fluck, 2^nd by Slade. Motion carried.

Operator’s Report – Waiting for parts. Waiting on the pump for lift station #2. Ordered parts and they never shipped because the vender never got the order put in. Our lab samples passed. New employee Kenneth is learning and catching on. He passed his physical and written test for CDL. Ron and Ken have a couple of classes before they can take the driving test for their CDL.

Continuing Business –

           Rio Grande RV & Resort and Connection Agreement- They are doing what they can with-in the property. They are waiting on the Rail Railroad and CDOT. No news yet. They are done with things on the sewer in the park. Engineer says they can proceed with building within the park. Sewer line will be 15ft., within the railroad all the way to us.

            Lift Station #2- REC got the pole set on Monday. They said they are six weeks out on their work orders. We will have the pole inspected next Wednesday. Cooley’s thinks we could have it operational in 3 days. Cooley’s has concrete on order. Hopefully, the pump will come in before May.

            Sawmill Villas/Work Force Housing- Work started last Wednesday. Ron helped them bore until late on Thursday. There was a water line broken and had to be repaired. They are going to lay the pipe. Manholes are in.

            Tap Maint., Wolf Creek Park LLC- People are still there. This will be taken off the agenda until something has changed.
