Board Meeting call to order at 6:30 PM Board members present, Darrell T. Davis, Ellie Fluck, Darrel Gillespie, Rob Navara, Emily Cruz Office Administrator, Ron Carpenter District Manager

President Davis called for the Allegiance and Invocation

Approve May15th, 2024 Minutes- Motion to approve Minutes made by Fluck, 2nd by Navara. Motion carried.

Additions or Corrections to Agenda – Motion to Approve Agenda made by Fluck, 2nd by Gillespie. Motion carried.

Public Comment – None

Financial Report as of June 18th, 2024

Motion to approve financial report made by Fluck, 2^nd by Navara. Motion carried.

Operator’s Report – Worked on Lift Station #2 most of the Month of June. Ron took samples in late May and early June. Samples passed. Everything is working well. The ponds turned over and are clean now. Ron is shorthanded. Ken quit. Ron is going to try to find someone a little younger willing to work. Ron is not spraying the weeds around the ponds to see if the ponds do better. The ¾ ton truck needs work done on the steering. Ron fixed the little mower, cleaned things up at Lift Station #2 and has been trapping at least 3 to 4 prairie dogs a day. Everything is going well.

Continuing Business –

           Rio Grande RV & Resort and Connection Agreement- The leak was fixed in their system (no water in lift station). Nothing else yet.

            Lift Station #2- All is done except float hanger. It took 20 days from starting the bypass to finish completely. The total cost was $162,317.00. Everything turned out very well.

            Sawmill Meadows Village/Work Force Housing- Line extension done, passed pressure test, good pictures and videos of everything. Ready to sign off to go to a 2-year maintenance until ownership.

            Discussion on Plant Maintenance- Jeremy (engineer), says he will look at our project. He needs to spend time reviewing our file.

New Business – Hire a New Employee- Working on finding someone but not advertising.
