Board Meeting call to order at 6:35 PM Board members present, Darrell T. Davis, Ellie Fluck, Tom Slade, Darrel Gillespie, Rob Navara, Emily Cruz Office Administrator, Ron Carpenter District Manager

President Davis called for the Allegiance and Invocation

Approve April 17^th,2024 Minutes- Motion to approve Minutes made by Fluck, 2^nd by Navara. Motion carried.

Additions or Corrections to Agenda – Motion to Approve Agenda made by Fluck, 2^nd by Gillespie. Motion carried.

Public Comment – None

Financial Report as of May 14th, 2024

Motion made to approve financial report made by Fluck, 2^nd by Navara. Motion carried.

Operator’s Report – Everything is going well after the ponds thawed out. PH level is a little high, but still within the parameters. The engineer thinks we should remove some solids. CDL training had to be postponed due to Ron getting sick and starting Lift Station #2. Three more four-hour sessions. Then Ron and Ken can take their CDL Test. Ken is coming along. Moving stuff for control panel #2. Ron and Ken have been busy.

Continuing Business –

           Rio Grande RV & Resort and Connection Agreement- No change yet. Lift Station is in place. Engineering on Lift Station needs to be changed. They are still waiting for CDOT.

            Lift Station #2- A 22ft., hole had to be excavated. Everything is on site. Pipe is in place, need to bore holes. Ground water has been coming in. We do not need a generator since it is an in-kind replacement. We might look at getting a generator later. Ron and Ken hooked up a bypass.

            Sawmill Villas/Work Force Housing- All sewer lines are in. Visual and pressure tests were done and passed. They still need some work done on their manholes. All the work looks good so far. They are going to video their lines.

            Wolf Creek Park- Finally closed the park, no residents and there is now a gate across the property.

New Business – Discussion on Plant Maintenance – Village at Wolf Creek approved. They are looking to develop here in town as well. Time to start working on upgrading the plant. The third lagoon is not being used, now is the time to fix it and get it up and running.

                               Bank Account Signers– Tyler J. Brown (TJ) and any other names not listed below need to be removed from all bank accounts.

Motion for the names listed below to be the only signers on all bank accounts.
