Board Meeting called to order at 6:33 PM Board members present, Tom Slade, Darrel Gillespie, Ellie Fluck, Rob Navara, Emily Cruz Office Administrator, Ron Carpenter District Manager

Vice President Slade called for the Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation

Approve October 18^th, 2023 Minutes – Motion to approve minutes made by Fluck, 2^nd by Gillespie. Motion carried.

Additions or Corrections to Agenda – Motion to approve agenda made by Fluck, 2^nd by Slade. Motion carried

Public Comment – None

Financial Report as of November 14th, 2023

Motion to approve the financial report made by Fluck, 2^nd by Gillespie. Motion carried.

Executive Session- Budget Expenditures/Personnel 24-6-402(f) C.R.S., 24-6-402(4) (c) C.R.S. Motion to go into Executive Session at 7:42 made by Fluck, 2^nd by Navara. Motion carried. Executive Session ended at 8:45.

Operator’s Report – Ponds are clearing up. Algae is looking better. Ron and John have been getting jetting done. Man-holes were covered with asphalt up by the golf course. Ron called the asphalt company that did this and the owner said he will send his employees out and clean up the man holes. The alternator went out on the vac-truck. Ron and John will finish jetting up at the golf course.

Continuing Business –

           YTD 2023 Budget, 2024 Prelim Budget Review, System Development Budget- Reviewed and discussed.

Rio Grande RV & Resort and Connection Agreement- Working on final plat, most of the sewer is in no lift station yet. Not a whole lot else going on.

            Lift Station #2- True Grit cannot do the work. Ron will try calling Cooley & Sons and see if they can give us a bid. Waiting on RMS to get back to us.

            Sawmill Villas/Work Force Housing- Signed final plat. Some of the forms for the houses are in. Sewer lines might not be put in until April.

            Vehicle Discussion- If we were to rent out vac-truck jetter, the charge would be $120-$150 an hour plus fuel charge. RMS charges $305.00 an hour. The board is not interested in doing this at this time.
